Here is a super honest review. I’ve been using Turf Bond professionally for 3 years now. Pros-the stuff holds really well and I haven’t had to go back and fix any seams. The tubes are my favorite because they spread very easily and dry faster than the buckets.
Con’s-the formula for the glue changed earlier in the year. Depending on your application it’s for the better or worse. The new formula is only in the buckets. It’s quite a bit thicker and harder to spread. It can take longer to set up than the tubes but the big pro is that it doesn’t “grow” when in contact with water.
My personal preference if it’s dry or cold is to use the tubes. If it’s wet or super warm I’ll use the bucket. In colder temperatures the bucket is thicker than peanut butter and is super hard to spread thus causing you to use way more product than needed. This doesn’t happen with the tubes. It’s easy to spread no matter the temperature. However, if your pad or turf is wet you do have to be super careful using the tubes as it will grow up through the seams. This can be combated by spreading the glue out very thinly and I’ve never had any issues when I’ve made sure the glue was spread out well. Moral of the story is pay attention to your surroundings and use the buckets or tubes based on your situation and physical surroundings.

I liked the product I'm using it for Turf on an 18 hole mini golf course the price point however is an extreme disadvantage because it's taking about one 5 gallon pail per hole
